1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using W3eklyBots Creator ("the Service"), operated by W3eklyStudios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

W3eklyBots Creator is a web-based tool that allows users to configure and generate Python code for Discord bots. The Service is provided for personal and educational use.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
  • You may not share your account with others.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. BOT TOKENS & SECURITY

You are solely responsible for the security of your Discord bot tokens. W3eklyBots stores tokens in encrypted form in our database solely to regenerate your bot code. We strongly advise:

  • Never share your bot token with anyone
  • Regenerate your token if you suspect it has been compromised
  • Review the generated code before running it

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Service to create bots that:

  • Spam, harass, or abuse Discord users
  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Collect personal data without proper consent
  • Engage in any illegal activities
  • Distribute malware or malicious code

6. GENERATED CODE

The Python code generated by W3eklyBots Creator is provided "as-is" for your use. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the generated code. W3eklyStudios makes no warranties about the suitability of generated code for any particular purpose.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

W3eklyStudios shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or generated code, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This is a beta service provided free of charge.

8. MODIFICATIONS

W3eklyStudios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
