How W3eklyStudios collects, uses, and protects your information.

⚠️ BOT TOKEN NOTICE

Your Discord bot tokens are stored in encrypted form and used solely to regenerate your bot code. We do not use them for any other purpose. We strongly recommend rotating tokens you no longer use.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you create an account and use W3eklyBots Creator, we collect:

  • Account Information: Username, email address, and hashed password
  • Bot Configuration Data: Bot names, settings, commands, and configuration you enter
  • Bot Tokens: Stored encrypted, used only for code regeneration
  • Session Data: Login sessions stored server-side
  • Usage Data: Basic logs for debugging and service improvement

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To authenticate your account and sessions
  • To store and retrieve your bot configurations
  • To generate Python code for your bots
  • To improve and debug the Service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. DATA STORAGE

Your data is stored in a MongoDB database. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext. Bot tokens are stored in an encrypted format. We use standard industry practices to secure your data.

4. COOKIES & SESSIONS

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These cookies are HTTP-only and expire after 7 days. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account and bot data for as long as your account exists. You may delete your bots at any time from the dashboard. Account deletion requests can be made by contacting W3eklyStudios.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your bot configurations

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

W3eklyBots Creator uses MongoDB for data storage. Your data is not shared with Discord or any other third party. The generated code runs on your own infrastructure and is not processed by us once downloaded.
